Dashboard Analytics¶

The back-office dashboard presents a real-time view of the network's operational health.

KPI tiles¶

The top strip shows network totals for the selected period:

• Volume sold — total litres across all sites
• Deliveries received — total litres delivered
• Net variance — total volume loss/gain vs book stock
• Open tickets — unresolved support tickets
• Sites at risk — sites with alerts or overdue captures

Site cards¶

Each site card shows:

• Traffic light status (Green / Amber / Red)
• Last day-end date
• Volume sold (last 7 days)
• Latest alert (if any)

Click a card to open the site detail.

Chart views¶

Toggle between chart types:

• Daily volume trend — bar chart of litres sold per day
• Payment split — donut chart of payment methods
• Variance trend — line chart of daily variance
