Dashboard

The Dashboard is the starting point for back-office users. It presents a network-wide health summary using a traffic-light system, highlights sites that need attention, and provides key performance indicators across the portfolio.

Traffic light status

Each site card on the dashboard is colour-coded:

Colour Meaning
🟢 Green All daily captures submitted on time, no significant variances
🟡 Amber Minor issues — pending captures, small variances, or unresolved tickets
🔴 Red Critical issues — overdue captures, large variances, or unresolved alerts

Click any site card to open the Site Detail page.

KPI strip

The top of the dashboard shows network-wide totals for the current period:

  • Total volume sold (litres)
  • Total deliveries received (litres)
  • Net variance (litres and percentage)
  • Open support tickets
  • Sites overdue for captures

Alerts panel

The alerts panel lists auto-generated alerts for:

  • Missing morning or evening confirmations
  • Tank dip variance exceeding threshold
  • Deliveries with significant quantity discrepancies
  • Day ends not completed by cut-off time

Alerts are generated nightly and in near-real-time where applicable.

Filtering

Use the date range and location filters at the top of the dashboard to scope the view to a specific period or subset of sites.
