External Feeds — Fleet Card & Coupons¶

External feeds allow MyWestock to receive and reconcile transaction data from third-party fleet card systems and coupon providers.

Fleet card feed¶

Fleet card transactions are imported from the connected provider. Each transaction is matched against a sales record by:

1. Date — transaction date matches day-end date
2. Site — terminal/site code mapping
3. Product — product code mapping
4. Volume — within tolerance

Unmatched transactions are flagged for manual review.

Coupon feed¶

Coupon redemption records are imported and matched against day-end payment breakdowns. Discrepancies appear in the External Feeds reconciliation view.

Configuring feeds¶

Feed sources and API credentials are configured under Administration → Integrations. See Integrations.
