Field Captures — Supervisor Review

When field operators submit nozzle readings or dip measurements via the mobile PWA, those captures appear in the Field Captures review queue for supervisor approval.

Review workflow

  1. Navigate to Back Office → Field captures.
  2. The queue shows pending captures by site and shift.
  3. Click a capture to review the reading and any attached photo evidence.
  4. Accept the capture to apply it to the shift record, or Reject with a reason.
  5. Accepted captures are automatically applied to the corresponding nozzle reading or dip reading record.

Photo evidence

Field operators can attach a photo of the pump display or dipstick reading. Photos are stored and accessible from the capture detail screen.

Anomaly detection

The system flags captures where the reading is:

  • Below the previous reading (potential rollback)
  • More than 5% different from the expected volume based on sales data

These are highlighted in amber or red in the queue.
