Reports¶

The Reports module provides pre-built analytical reports covering sales performance, stock variance, payment methods, and operational metrics.

Available reports¶

Sales Report¶

• Volume sold by product, by day, by site
• Value (based on pump price at time of sale)
• Trend charts (daily / weekly / monthly)

Variance Report¶

• Opening stock vs closing stock reconciliation
• Delivery-adjusted net variance
• Variance as percentage of throughput
• Highlighted sites exceeding tolerance thresholds

Payment Breakdown Report¶

• Cash, fleet card, coupon, mobile money, and bank POS split
• By product and by site

Delivery Report¶

• All deliveries in period with full variance analysis
• Transporter performance summary

Exporting reports¶

All reports can be exported to:

• PDF — formatted for printing and sharing
• CSV / Excel — for further analysis in spreadsheet tools
