Sites Overview¶

The Sites screen lists all locations in the network. Each row shows the site code, name, and a summary of recent activity.

Site detail¶

Click a site to open its detail page, which includes:

Tanks — capacity, product, current estimated stock level
Pumps & nozzles — configuration and last reading
Recent day ends — reconciliation status for the last 7 days
Active alerts — open issues for this site
Quick links — jump directly to deliveries, day end, or Quick Update for this site

Admins and Back Office users can edit site details including name, address, timezone, and configuration flags. See Creating a Site.

The estimated current stock for each tank is calculated as:

Opening stock + Deliveries received − Sales volume

This is a running estimate and is reconciled against actual dip readings during the Quick Update process.
