First Login & Password Setup

When a user account is created for you, you will receive one of the following:

  • An invite email with a link to set your password, or
  • A temporary password provided directly by your administrator.

Option A — Invite email

1. Check your inbox

Look for an email from MyWestock with the subject line "You've been invited to MyWestock". Check your spam/junk folder if you do not see it within a few minutes.

2. Click "Set your password"

The link is valid for 72 hours. If it has expired, ask your administrator to resend the invite.

3. Choose a password

Enter a password of at least 8 characters. Confirm it and click Set password. You will be logged in automatically.

Link expires after 72 hours

Invite links are single-use and expire 72 hours after they are sent. If your link has expired, contact your administrator to resend it.


Option B — Temporary password

1. Navigate to your organisation's login page

Your administrator will provide your organisation's login URL.

2. Sign in

Enter your email address and the temporary password provided by your administrator.

3. Change your password

Go to your profile (top-right) and update your password to something only you know.


Forgot your password?

Contact your administrator or support team. They can:

  • Send you a password reset link via the My Team or Users page.
  • Set a new temporary password directly.

There is no self-service password reset — all password resets are initiated by an administrator or support user.


Troubleshooting login

Problem Solution
"Invalid email or password" Check for typos; passwords are case-sensitive.
"Account is inactive" Contact your administrator to re-activate your account.
"Invite link has expired" Ask your administrator to resend the invite.
Page not loading Check your internet connection; try a different browser.
