Quick Start Guide¶
This guide gets you from first login to your first captured record as quickly as possible.
Step 1 — Activate your account¶
Check your email for an invite from MyWestock. Click Set your password and choose a password of at least 8 characters.
If you did not receive an email, ask your administrator to resend the invite or set a temporary password for you.
Step 2 — Log in¶
Navigate to your organisation's MyWestock URL (provided by your administrator).
Enter your email address and password, then click Sign in.
Bookmark it
Bookmark the login page so you can find it quickly in future.
Step 3 — Identify your role¶
After logging in you will see the sidebar navigation on the left. The sections available depend on your role:

Step 4 — Complete your first task¶
- Go to Quick Update in the sidebar.
- Tap your site.
- Capture the Morning Confirmation — nozzle totalizer readings and payment breakdown.
- Submit and lock the confirmation.

- Go to Dashboard in the sidebar.
- Review the traffic-light status for all sites.
- Click any amber or red site to drill into the detail.

- Go to Administration → Global Settings.
- Set the company name, logo, and email (Postmark) configuration.
- Create your first site under Sites.
