Support Types

Support types are the issue categories available when creating support tickets. They help classify and route tickets to the correct team.

Managing support types

Go to Master Data → Support types.

Adding a support type

  1. Click + Add type.
  2. Enter:
  3. Name — e.g. Equipment Fault, Safety Issue, Compliance Failure
  4. Description — optional detail
  5. Click Save.

Support types can be deactivated without deleting historical ticket data.
