Support Types¶
Support types are the issue categories available when creating support tickets. They help classify and route tickets to the correct team.
Managing support types¶
Go to Master Data → Support types.
Adding a support type¶
- Click + Add type.
- Enter:
- Name — e.g.
Equipment Fault,Safety Issue,Compliance Failure - Description — optional detail
- Click Save.
Support types can be deactivated without deleting historical ticket data.
