Transporters & Trucks¶

Transporters are the companies that deliver fuel to your sites. Trucks and drivers are linked to transporters and appear in delivery records.

Managing transporters¶

Go to Master Data → Transporters & trucks.

Adding a transporter¶

1. Click + Add transporter.
2. Enter the company name.
3. Click Save.

Adding a truck¶

1. Open a transporter.
2. Click + Add truck.
3. Enter the vehicle registration and capacity.

Adding a driver¶

1. Open a transporter.
2. Click + Add driver.
3. Enter the driver's name and contact details.

Use in deliveries¶

When logging a delivery, the transporter, truck, and driver can be selected from these lists, keeping delivery records consistent and reportable.
