Installing the PWA

Quick Update PWA (Station Managers)

  1. Open Safari and navigate to your MyWestock URL.
  2. Log in with your station manager credentials.
  3. Tap Share (the box-with-arrow icon in the toolbar).
  4. Scroll down and tap Add to Home Screen.
  5. Name the shortcut Quick Update and tap Add.
  6. The app icon now appears on your home screen.
  1. Open Chrome and navigate to your MyWestock URL.
  2. Log in.
  3. Tap the three-dot menu (top right).
  4. Tap Add to Home screen or Install app.
  5. Confirm — the icon appears on your home screen.
  1. Navigate to your MyWestock URL and log in.
  2. Look for the install icon in the browser address bar (a + or download icon).
  3. Click Install.
  4. The app opens in its own window.

Quick View PWA (Back Office)

Navigate to your MyWestock URL and append /qu-bo to the path, then follow the same installation steps as above.

Keeping the PWA updated

The PWA updates automatically when a new version is deployed. If you see unexpected behaviour after an update, clear the app cache:

  • On iPhone: Settings → Safari → Clear History and Website Data
  • On Android: Settings → Apps → Chrome → Storage → Clear Cache
