Quick Update¶
Quick Update is MyWestock's mobile-first Progressive Web App (PWA) for daily forecourt data capture. It is designed to be used by Station Managers and authorized admins directly from a smartphone on the forecourt.
What you capture in Quick Update¶

Daily capture sequence¶
The system enforces a strict sequence to prevent gaps:
Evening D-1 locked
↓
Morning D unlocks
↓
(Deliveries & dips can be captured any time)
↓
Evening D unlocks after Morning D is locked
↓
Evening D locked → Morning D+1 unlocks

Accessing Quick Update¶
- Navigate to your MyWestock URL on a mobile browser.
- Log in with your station manager credentials.
- Tap Quick Update in the sidebar (or it may be your default landing page).
- Select your site from the list.
Date navigation¶
Each screen shows date chips for the last three calendar dates. Tap a chip to review records for that date. Historical records are read-only unless an Admin uses the override unlock.
