Delivery Capture

Deliveries can be captured directly from the Quick Update interface as they arrive at the site, providing immediate visibility to the back office.

  2. Tap Log a delivery.

  1. The variance summary panel updates in real time as you enter quantities.
  2. Tap Log delivery.

Editing & deleting a delivery

Each logged delivery now has Edit and Delete actions on its card.

  • Edit opens the delivery in a pre-filled form where you can correct the tank, transporter, waybill quantity, truck/site dips, received litres and notes.
  • Delete removes the delivery after a confirmation prompt.
  • Both actions are only available while that day has not been locked (its evening confirmation not yet finalised). Once the day is locked, the card shows "Day locked — editing disabled" instead.
  • Every edit and deletion is written to the audit trail, with deletions keeping a full snapshot of what was removed.

Viewing past deliveries

Use the date chips at the top of the screen to browse deliveries for the last three days. Deliveries can be edited or deleted on any unlocked day.
