Evening Confirmation¶

The Evening Confirmation records the closing state of the forecourt at the end of each trading day. It mirrors the Morning Confirmation in structure — nozzle readings plus a payment breakdown.

When to submit¶

Submit after the last fuel sale of the day and before closing the forecourt. The Morning Confirmation for the same day must be locked before Evening becomes available.

Capturing nozzle readings¶

The process is identical to the Morning Confirmation:

1. Open Quick Update → [Your Site] → Evening.
2. Tap each nozzle tile and enter the closing totalizer reading.
3. Attach photo evidence if required.
4. Save each nozzle.

Capturing the payment breakdown¶

1. Tap each product tile.
2. Enter the litres sold per payment method for the day.
3. Save.

Submitting¶

1. Add notes if there are anomalies to flag.
2. Tap Submit evening confirmation.
3. Confirm.

The confirmation locks and the following morning's capture becomes available.

Date navigation¶

Use the date chips at the top of the screen to review past evenings. Historical records are always read-only — even for admins — unless the admin first uses the Override lock form.
