Field Capture¶

The Field Capture role is the most restricted role, designed for forecourt attendants who use a shared device to submit nozzle readings and tank dips via the mobile PWA.

Capabilities¶

• Mobile PWA only — nozzle totalizer readings and tank dip measurements
• Camera integration for photo evidence
• Offline queue for connectivity-interrupted environments

Access scope¶

Field Capture users are assigned to specific locations. They cannot access the back-office or station portal web interface.

Login method¶

Field Capture users typically log in using a QR code printed by an administrator, rather than email + password. This supports shared-device environments where individual accounts are impractical.
