Retail Manager¶

The Retail Manager role is for regional or portfolio managers who oversee multiple sites but do not require full head-office access.

Capabilities¶

• Sites list and site-level detail for assigned locations
• Master data (read/write)
• Station portal for assigned locations
• Day-end reopen
• Site visits (create, view, complete)
• Support ticket management

Access scope¶

Retail Managers only see locations they have been explicitly assigned to. Contact an Admin or Support user to update location assignments.
