Station Manager¶
The Station Manager role covers forecourt managers responsible for daily data capture and reconciliation at one or more sites.
Capabilities¶
- Quick Update PWA — morning confirmation, evening confirmation, tank dips, deliveries
- Station Portal — day-end, sales, petty cash, banking, stock, pump tests, meter adjustments, competitor prices, transfers
- Support ticket submission
Access scope¶
Station Managers are assigned to specific locations. They can only access the Quick Update and Station Portal for their assigned sites.
Typical daily workflow¶
- Morning — submit Morning Confirmation (nozzle readings + payment breakdown)
- Deliveries — log any fuel deliveries received
- Tank dips — capture afternoon/evening dip readings
- Evening — submit Evening Confirmation
- Day end — complete and lock the Day End reconciliation
