Support

The Support role is designed for helpdesk and implementation teams. Support users have full back-office access and can manage team user accounts, but cannot change global system configuration.

What Support users can do

  • All back-office features (Dashboard, Sites, Deliveries, Ledger, Reports, External Feeds)
  • My Team — create and manage Back Office, Retail Manager, Territory Manager, Maintenance, Station Manager, and Field Capture accounts
  • Quick Update captures and lock overrides
  • Station Portal access

What Support users cannot do

  • Create or edit Admin or Support accounts (that requires an Admin)
  • Access Global Settings
  • Access Integrations configuration
  • View the Audit Log

Access scope

Support users see all locations automatically.
