Site Setup¶
Site setup covers all the one-time configuration required before a location can go live on MyWestock. This section is typically completed by an Admin when onboarding a new site.
Setup checklist¶
- Create the site record — name, code, address, timezone
- Configure tanks — capacity, product, dip chart
- Configure pumps and nozzles
- Set up products and pricing
- Enter opening stock — initial nozzle totalizer readings
Order matters
Complete these steps in sequence. Tanks must exist before pumps can be linked to them. Nozzles must exist before opening stock can be entered.
