Creating a Site¶
Sites (also called Locations) represent individual fuel retail stations within your network.
Steps¶
- Go to Back Office → Sites.
- Click + New site.
- Fill in the required fields:
| Field | Description |
|---|---|
| Site code | Unique identifier (e.g. D1028). Cannot be changed after creation. |
| Name | Full site name (e.g. Chivhu Northwood). |
| Address | Physical address for reports and correspondence. |
| Timezone | Used for day-end cut-off and report scheduling. |
| Max tank capacity | Total storage capacity across all tanks (informational). |
- Click Create site.
After creation¶
The site now appears in the Sites list. Proceed to configure tanks.
Site codes
Site codes are used throughout the system (reports, exports, Quick Update) and should match your existing site coding convention.
