Pricing¶

Pump prices drive the value calculations used in payment breakdowns, sales reports, and the financial ledger.

Setting a price¶

Prices are set at the site level for each product:

1. Open the site from Back Office → Sites.
2. Under Prices, click Set price next to the product.
3. Enter the pump price per litre and click Save.

The new price applies from the current date forward.

Price history¶

All price changes are recorded with their effective date. Historical reports always use the price that was active on the report date.

No price set¶

If a pump price has not been set for a product at a site, payment values will be calculated as zero. A warning appears on the Evening Confirmation payment breakdown when no price is configured.
