Product Management¶
Products represent the fuel grades sold at your sites (e.g. Diesel, ULP 93, ULP 95).
Adding a product¶
- Go to Master Data → Products.
- Click + Add product.
- Fill in:

| Code | Short identifier used in reports (e.g. DIES, ULP95) |
| Name | Full product name |
| Active | Inactive products are hidden from capture screens |
Pricing¶
Pump prices are set per-site per-product. Prices affect the value calculation in payment breakdowns and sales reports.
To set or update a price:
- Open the site detail.
- Under Prices, click Set price for the relevant product.
- Enter the new price per litre and the effective date.
Price history is retained so that historical reports use the price that was current at the time.
