Pumps & Nozzles¶

Each pump dispenser at a site has one or more nozzles. Each nozzle is linked to a tank (and therefore a product). Nozzle totalizer readings are captured daily during Morning and Evening Confirmations.

Adding a pump¶

1. Open the site from Back Office → Sites.
2. Click Add pump.
3. Enter the pump name (e.g. Pump 1, Island A).

Adding a nozzle¶

1. Open the pump.
2. Click Add nozzle.
3. Complete the form:

1. Click Save.

Nozzle totalizers¶

Nozzle totalizers are cumulative counters that increment with every litre dispensed. They are never reset. The system calculates the volume sold between two readings as:

Sales volume = Current reading − Previous reading
